Job offer – Multi-skilled boatman guide

Passionate about the Loire, its biodiversity, the Loire river industry and our magnificent region, we are looking for a boatman guide to take part in trips on the Loire. Join us to share convivial moments and work in the middle of nature.

MAIN MISSIONS (70%): Boatman Guide

• Towing and preparing the boat.
• Steering and boat trip from Chaumont sur Loire
• Welcome participants and inform them about the organisation of the service
• Present the geographical, historical and cultural particularities of the area.
• Ensure the preparation and tasting of local products on the boat.
• Organise events on the Loire.
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure the tidying up of the equipment

Additional duties (30%): Maintenance of green spaces/Logistics/Handling

Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the tourist site in Chouzy Sur Loire (mowing, pruning, weeding, waste disposal).

CONTRACT :

• 8 month fixed term contract then permanent contract – FULL TIME 35h (Annualised contract depending on tourist activity)

REMUNERATION :

• 2 000€ Gross over 12 months
• Mutual insurance (50% cover)
• Meal tickets

HOURS :

• 8-hour work periods
• Day, evening and weekend work
• 2 consecutive days off
